๐๐๐ด โค๐ Good night my amazing friends. Sleep well, for tomorrow brings new adventures. We love and appreciate You all, thank you for being an amazing friend. I am just curious 3 things that happened to You today and how did that make You feel?


๐๐๐ช In 2006 after many years of lax muscles I had my fourth knee cap dislocation. On a visit to the Dr he said had to lose weight or life was at stake. It would mean either diabetes or other health complications. I was badly overweight and had been working on getting health back since 2003.
I had never really learnt healthy habits from the family, where salads were rare. Knew little about drinking water at all. It was mostly soft drinks, during schooling I would buy a soft drink after school. I had worked in fast food industry for a while. So it had been very unhealthy and a number of injuries happened over the Years.
โน๏ธโโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ It was suggested that gym to learn excercises for own health would be good so off I went. Initially I was losing around 250 grams a week. There were numerous injuries and health challenges to overcome including working with scheumans disease, asthma, my cardio function was high that could do short periods. A number of injuries were to happen in the Years to come.
From there I found a way to achieve the health results.
That's just been part of the journey, in 2011 it was discovered that had a bulging disc in back aswell. After that it was itb issues, along with bursitis on right shoulder. In 2021 it was discovered that had protruding discs in neck. In 2020 I had the worst ankle injury which was suspended to be a fracture but was a bad sprain.
After all of these injuries anyone would of expected someone to say they give up. I am still at the gym now going 3 days, I am swimming rather than weights on gym floor.
