Who are You Masterminding with, when You want to build
Your business are You masterminding with those successful people. When You want to raise a family are You masterminding with other parents who can guide You on Your journey.
Everyone takes on the nature of those who they are around so when we are around the positive influences and those who won’t accept defeat we will succeed. Yet when we are around the people who are willing to accept defeat then we will be unsuccessful. We must get around those who refuse to accept failure no matter what, mastermind and work with them. Yet our mastermind team has to be in sympathy with what we are looking to achieve.
During own life there have often been times when I have masterminded with someone who really was not in sympathy with what was working to achieve. Therefore often it caused a number of issues and the mastermind group was a bad influence. One area that must be remembered when I am working with own mastermind is that those who are in a positive mindset must well outweigh the others otherwise those negatives will control the group and it will head downhill. It’s a matter of working with those positive influences and letting the negatives be, there will always be someone who is wanting to disagree with your decision or fight such its learning to turn off to such and keep on going.
Just keep on going as it shows who supports your goal or dream and who doesn’t, at times you will often find out who does just by being yourself and even when saying your self talk or working towards a goal. You have to be strong and steadfast and know Your why and stop listening to these people even when they say oh stop it about such. Do You listen to someone who has twins and You are wanting twins or do You listen to someone who has only had one child at a time????, the answer is simple listen to someone who has the twins. Yet unfortunately there are people who attempt to push their opinions and beliefs on us.
