How to relate to people part 3

Ok now that we have discussed a little about personality types in the previous two posts which are located part 1 and part 2 lets look at such a little more. Everyone has a mixture of all the colours within themselves they are part yellow, part green, part blue and part red, however they are different ratios. People will haveo ne primary colour and a 2ndry colour.

You see there are many ways to talk to those different people to talk to a blue its best to talk about the fun things you are doing, to talk with a yellow talk about your family, a green more research and tasks, whist a red is more about the money. When you don’t talk about these things with the colour then they are as a good as gone. They will disappear, however when you talk about such with them then you end up keeping them around for life. You can build those amazing friendships with them.

Ok yes it can be a struggle for a green to talk about the family, as often they will keep such close. A red well they are more concerned about the money from their latest deal than family, whist a blue enjoys the fun they enjoy going out there and enjoying themselves. Weather its riding the dirt bikes, going for a water ski, skiing, traveling, the yellows tend to be more family orientated and do more close to home they will take care of others before their own needs are even met.

Throughout life you will meet a wide variety of people who will fall into those different catergories of people who do different things. As my wonderful friend and mentor Michael Dlouhy says the numbers of people is pretty much an average from a room filled with 100 people that you will have so many reds, so many blues, so many greens and so many yellows.

The best thing is to learn to work with those colours and the different people. Yes you will always have those people who are unteachable and unwilling to learn anything new. You need to move on, they will only ask for help when they are so beaten up that it isn’t funny. There are people who will yell at you for any disturbance of what they are doing although it may be important. Sometimes you need to learn to create those relationships easier and ad a new tool to your tool belt to assist with such.
