Chapter 8 Decision

The mastery of procrastination

The seventh step towards riches

Without a decision we would get nowhere at all. We make decisions daily and regularly. Such as to stay with out partner, to hang out the washing, to clean up after ourselves, to work our business, to take time off to care for a loved one, to come home early or to stay out late, to love someone or not.

We must continue to make these decisions daily as a person, we continue to make the choice of even staying with out partner. We can outgrow our partner and leave them behind, yet the ones who we grow with are the ones who regularly choose to be in our lives. Both people in a relationship need to choose to be in that relationship.

When one person chooses to no longer be in that relationship then the relationship can desovle. However that relationship will breakdown when either party chooses to no longer be in a relationship with the other person. The thing we must choose is also to remain affiliated with our company regularly, to be with our partners regularly and to love them regularly.

We must make the decision to be all in daily as Michael Dlouhy says. You can not be ½ in, it’s a choice to in. You deciede to either do or not do. To be with the person or company daily, when you choose to not be with either then its over.

Your encouragement and belief within me until I could walk this road. Its been a road that have dreamed of for many years, as I start to see such turning into reality its become a dream come true. Chapter 7 Organised Planning

The Crystalization of Desire into action

The sixth step towards riches

No one can achieve anything of note without a sound plan. It makes little difference weather you are seeking to get married and have a family or to build a business. You are unable to achieve such without having a plan.

Part of what need to do personally is plan what want to do, thanks to Tulla Rands for her lesson on a plan doesn’t have to be long it just needs to be a plan any plan. Yet unfortunately I struggle realising where a plan needs to change and making a new plan. I will keep on going, yes there are times when I succeed at a plan as it has been sound.

Yet it was also something that wanted so much like the time when met Jenny locally on the beach, I’d been dating for years failing to create a relationship built from rapport as barely knew the people, I’d attempt to get to know the person however there was no common ground. There was no mutal experience to relate to. So I was meeting all the wrong people, then I said I wanted to meet someone who was family orientated like myself.

That plan worked and I went on to meet Jenny who is as family orientated as was looking for. A lot of people rarely see such as there was no bond, we were unable to relate as a person. Which meant lacking relationships and friendships as a person, although I was attempting to relate to people and build such it just wasn’t working. It was as if we were in two different worlds, there was no commanility or raport with those people.

Neither of us had shared a common experience when we did share a common experience it wasn’t enough to hold that friendship or relationship together. Then I went on to meet Jenny who was like myself that had been through a lot of the same as had personally. That really helped to build the foundation from that plan which wrote many months ago on meeting own wife, something which had dreamed of since was a child getting married and raising a family with own wife.

In a way we are all following a plan, some are written down others are in our head. We really need to get them written down and listen when someone says hey you are off target you need to change this and it will impact your business. In order to succeed you need to say I am going to do this by this date and I’ll be darned if anything is going to stop me.

A few months ago I knew jenny was the one that wanted to marry, anyway I decided on a date for being willing to settle down. The night after that date had passed was the same night I proposed to Jenny and then the following Monday we were accepted for two homes. Was it coincidence no, we’d been searching for someone to start our lives together. Just needed to do such and get to the stage where we were unprepared to give up.

On the nite proposed to Jenny it took 3 times to ask her to marry me. I had said to myself I came here to do such and I am not going to stop. I found a place and a way and did such. To which Jenny said yes.

For assisting me on that journey to become that better father, husband, fiancé, friend, to grow in that role day by day.
