The best job goes to the one who can get it done without passing the buck or coming back with alibis. | Napoleon Hill Foundation

The following is Napoleon Hills thought for the day about the successful people who have created success by being determined and persistent to do the work that
is necessary to get the job done. A lot have created a plan and worked at that plan until they have achieved their own goals and dreams as a person. Yet as Napoleon
say’s, often people will only see the success and not the years of failures or the work the person had to do prior to becoming that successful person.

As my mentor and good friend Michael Dlouhy reguarly reminds us, “For you to make more. You have to become that person who people want to be in business
with. You have to become that leader.” You need to develop and become that person, that takes personal development and commitment to your goal that you
will achieve it no matter what happens.
