As someone in the wrong place can really throw the team into disharmony. One wrong influence can make the team go south badly, yet many good influences can make the team stronger. Its a matter of what is the strongest influence. Essentially have you got a team of leaders or tire kickers, a team of builders who are building a house or are they ballerinas.
OK. We are one month into the New Year. Time is already flying by. My first question to you is – Have you declared your one or more goals that you want to accomplish this year? Are they crystal clear in your mind? Have you written them down? If so, fantastic! If not, now is the time.
