A big lesson when dealing with people.

A wonderful lesson from Charles Schultz, as published in Success in ten steps by Michael Dlouhy, a powerful lesson as the article states its never the people who have most awards or credentials which helps. Its those people who truly do care that makes the major impact in someone elses life. They are the people who truly make a difference in anyone’s world and really impact peoples lives.

Anatomy of a Prospect’s Mind

Here’s another quiz. See how you do on this one:

1. List a few teachers who aided your journey through school.

2. Name three friends who have helped you through a difficult time.

3. Name five people who have taught you something worthwhile.

4. Think of a few people who have made you feel appreciated and special.

5. Think of five people you enjoy spending time with.

6. Name half a dozen heroes whose stories have inspired you.

“Easier?”

The big lesson: The people who make a difference in your life are not the ones with the most credentials, the most money, or the most awards.

They are the ones that care.

Pass this on to those people who have made a difference in your life. And don’t worry about the world coming to an end today. It’s already tomorrow in Australia.

Some ‘boss’ at Disney told Charles he lacked talent and was not creative.

Key Point: Don’t let others ‘label’ you. Mr. Schultz didn’t. Follow his lead. Fol- low your heart. Live your life for “You”.

Again, thanks to Ed Thorpe, publisher of ““The Home Grown Biz Advo- cate Ezine,”  (http://www.lazydudepublishing.com) for this wonderful article.
