This was a very powerful chapter personally, that it reminded me of the need for programming of the subconscious mind of a positive nature. For years this was neglected and was programmed through the thoughts which reached me as a person.
Every day we must commit to the instructions of the 30 day mental cleanse, by turning off the TV, the radio, the negative talk, the newspapers and immersing ourselves in good positive emotions. That is our task that we have to even stop playing video games and other things, we are programmed all the time.
What is best is to program our own minds through our self talk and to get around those positive successful people. Those who believe in you, who will motivate and encourage you, as hill states “It is a known fact that emotion or feeling rules the majority of people”. When we get emotional about something this is what subconscious mind picks up on and send off to the infinite intelligence.
We have to find a way to fill our own minds with positive emotions constantly, that means following the 30 day mental cleanse instructions and following what those successful people before us have done. We have to cut off those sources of negativity wherever they are. Until you do so you will remain stuck and unable to move forward.
There are some sources of negativity which will take a lot more work to overcome. Yet when you program your own mind, you can stick there and just let those naysaying family members, friends or associates have little impact on you at all.
It started with reflecting on memories of my grandparents the source of own love during childhood. With the memories of the good times from going to the beach and building sandcastles, a ball roller, playing in the sand, the old caravan cubby house, playing in the mud, the family picnics, the Christmas lunches, there were so many things that had been blocked out. I miss my grandparents so much they were an inspiration to me, people who I aspire to live up to.
They believed in me so much and wanted to see me succeed, yet its taken a while to finally get to the stage where I can let their love back in. After accessing those memories from grandparents I have started to notice that am now more stronger in own voice, that can say self talk strongly as a person. I was needing to access these emotions for own self. The memories of that past love which always had from the wonderful grandparents.
