Acceptance

Acceptance is about being willing to accept someone or something even with all their faults and failings no matter what. Being willing to accept that people are who they are as person it’s accepting them for all their faults and failings. Even though at times it may get frustrating. As the dictionary defines acceptance the other person agrees to experience the situation. To follow a process or condition through to the end. Now it may take time to work through and accept a situation, accept who someone is even though that person is negative.

It is unfortunate that some people are unable to accept who someone else is. Yet when you find someone who accepts who you are, works with you and cares about you then its great. It really helps a lot to build your own confidence and self esteem. Sometimes accepting someone is hard, yet in the end there can be a light at the end of the tunnel. It’s more saying yes I am ready and willing to accept this. Acceptance is not trying to change someone as well, that comes with acceptance. They have to want to change themselves. Nothing changes until everyone accepts that it need to change, it does not matter how many times you go through such.

Acceptance is about saying this who you are and not changing them at all. It does not matter who they are and what has happened, you accept them for who they are and their actions. This can be hard, yet with family they can be very negative and yet we cannot choose who we want as a our family. Therefore we must accept who they are as people, acceptance is not saying anything when someone treats you poorly saying they are not going to get such. They will not understand and leaving it there. It’s using understanding as to whom that person is and going ok I am not going to change this. Even though it may be hard to do such.

Patience

Patience is a very big thing in life; sometimes we need to remember that the results are coming to us no matter how long it takes to achieve those goals that we want to achieve. Weight loss on it’s own takes patience, being pregnant takes 9 months. It is not possible to have a child quicker even though you may become tired of the pregnancy or you may become frustrated your weight is not going down at all and not be seeing the results. However they are occurring no matter what. Unfortunately it does sometimes take a while to become worth that goal or dream, at times it can take 5 years of constant work to achieve that goal.

Patience is a virtue. A person who quits is saying to themselves that they do not deserve their goal’s achievement. Hence why a quitter never wins, a winner never quits is such a great quote. A winner has patience; they know that every day they are getting closer and closer to their ultimate goal and dream. Although they may not see the results occurring regularly, achieving any goal in life does take time. Patience is often a virtue as it shows that you are willing to delay the gratification of that goal and to work on becoming worth that goal. It can be strength in a person who says no I am committed to this until. No matter what it takes, what I have to go through or do to achieve this goal I am going to achieve such no matter what.

The person who shows patience through their actions is saying that they are willing to wait, that they will do what is necessary and that it does not matter how long it takes for the goals attainment. For me patience is saying OK I am happy to wait to achieve this, I am going to work on becoming that person I need to be so that I am worth that goal. Patience keeps us strong when times are rough and knowing that we are heading towards our goals attainment no matter what. You say no this is what I am going to do no matter what. This is what I am going to achieve and no one is capable of stopping me for achieving this goal.

You are saying I can achieve this goal and you are saying is I am patient and enjoying the adventure although times are often very rough for me. I am going to obtain this goal weather you like it or not, nothing you put in front of me is going to stop me from obtaining that goal. Eventually you will find that you developed enough skills to obtain that goal and be worth that goal. You will then start to find the rewards of your actions paying off. Patience has its way of seeing just who is determined to reach their goal, no matter what it takes. The person who gets instant success and then no results will quite often leave shortly as they do not understand the concept of delayed gratification.

These people do not realise or recognise the areas that they need to work on to achieve their goal or dream. Patience is also being willing to find those areas you need to work on and working on them to obtain that goal.
