Organized Planning
If you know anything about the personality colors you already know the green personality is the most organized of us all. So, do you feel disorganized? If so then you’re probably not a green? If you don’t know what I'm taking about don’t worry we will explain it to you when you get plugged into the system. What system is that you might ask? Don’t worry its free but worth millions to the serious Network Marketer.
No matter which personality you are whether your green, red, yellow or blue organized planning will make building your Network Marketing business less stressful and more fun, not to mention keeping you on track when you stray. 
Right here in Mentoring For Free we find an organized plan with a master mind already in place, and a check list and a proven recipe to cook up an awesome business. We already have the necessary components to include prerecorded and cataloged training audios in an organized fashion so that one can reference the knowledge base of those who have successfully gone this way before.  Everything about Mentoring For Free is already planned out organized and ready to draw from it.  All that’s left for us to do is to add the time management segment.  In other words we have to find the time to fit our Network Marketing endeavors into our already busy life to make it work.  Lots of people without a plan go through life on auto pilot, they go to work come home sit down in front of the TV with a beer then go to bed.  Then they wake up one day wondering what the bleep happened to the good life?  I'm a green personality so like to sit down at the end of the day with a pen and paper and plan my activities, task and errands for the next day, so that when I get up I already have a clear agenda to follow. I find I get more accomplished when I’m following an organized plan.  Being a part of Mentoring for Free takes all the worry, and stress of the trial and error out of the planning my Network Marketing activities.  All I have to do is follow the proven plan to build my business regardless of which Network Marketing company I’m with.  My hat is off to my good friend and genius mentor Michael Dlouhy. Michael has organized and planed the Mentoring For Free system from scratch and is now allowing us to plug into this proven system for free.  I know, it sound too good to be true, don’t it?  Well it is true and I for one am very grateful to be a part of it. Where do you want to be in 5, 10 or 15 years?  I can guarantee you one thing, without an organized plan you will never get there! Most people spend more time planning a vacation than they do their life! I challenge anybody to plan their life first and then take a vacation for the rest of it!

ORGANIZED PLANNING: THE CRYSTALLIZATION OF DESIRE INTO ACTION
The Sixth Step toward Riches
Yup, Organized Planning is necessary for Success.  Right now I am taking care of my 3 grandchildren ages 14 months, 5 years and 6 years.  I have to be organized when we get up at 6:45 a.m. to get breakfast, make lunches, lay out appropriate clothes for school, change the baby and throw them all in the van along of course with hubby.  Drop hubby off first, drop the two older children off at school.  Return home feed the baby, bath the baby, play with the baby.  Baby goes down for nap (usually 45 minutes, tops).  I must get my shower and do other chores easiest not to do while he is a wake.  Lunch time for me and the baby.  At 2 p.m. load the baby into the van and pick up the 2 older grandchildren, do homework with them.  At 4:50 p.m. load everyone into the van and pick up Grandpa.  Home for supper prepared whenever there was time.  Bath time for the older two.  Clear the table, get the children to bed, do dishes, laundry and whatever other chores I have energy to do.  My down time. Go to bed, wake up with the baby 2 to 3 times.  Morning comes, repeat! (Tomorrow will be day 40).  Consistent, fulfilled planning, can’t live without it right now.
If I wasn’t organized I would be pulling out what little hair I have and chaos would rein.  I totally get that practical planning is the vehicle of transformation, my input to my success.
The use and the need for a Master Mind really stood out for me with this lesson.  I bring my best of what I have to offer to the table and share “commune” with other members of the Mastermind, reminds me of a great pot luck meal, or a smorgasbord.  Meeting at least 2 times a week, keeps us in tune with each other and up to date.  We have perfect harmony because our main goal or objective is the same and we feel passionate about it.  My plans must be faultless, so I need my Master Mind to check and approve them.
When I meet with temporary defeat I realize that I am missing a piece of the puzzle, I go back and rethink, re plan to see the big picture more clearly.  When I plan, do, adjust, and review, I strengthen my process and ensure my success.  My plans need to be definite, built on a solid foundation, using the plumb line, not mere guesswork.
I love the QQS formula, which is not just Quality and Quantity but even more importantly the proper Spirit in which the service is given.  It reminds me of the verse, the Lord loves a cheerful giver.  Well, by the same token people love cheery, genuine, nice people, who are always positive and helpful.  Hill mentions the go-giver here, which of course reminds me of the 2 great books, the Go-Giver and the Go-Givers Sell More.  Both are great books on this subject of delivering with the Proper Spirit, I highly recommend both.
Lack of ambition, settling for mediocrity, lack of purpose, these all speak volumes to me.  People with these attributes (according to Hill 98/100 people he had analyzed fit this description) are considered to me to be the “living dead”, very ghoulish and to be pitied.  Instead I must have zeal, enthusiasm and love life!  That will attract the right people to me and my goals.
***Power in the hands of one who did not acquire it gradually, is often FATAL to Success.  Quick Riches is more dangerous than poverty.  Some time back this really struck a chord with me.  Why on earth would I want to win the lottery when I can far exceed that, in every way by developing myself into the person who attracts and builds my heart’s desire. 
I cringe when I see people buying lottery tickets.  I will never have prosperity until I have learned to NOT come from lack.  People who buy lottery tickets are coming from Lack!
I have to grow into that person who benefits others, not just myself in my success.
MFF has taught me to build that millionaire mindset, one day at a time.  I know that success will be more appreciated and fulfilling coming through this personal development of coming from Prosperity.

Last week we were told to go into the workshop in our minds using our creative imagination.
This week in chapter 7 Organized Planning, I am reminded of the importance of having well organized practical plans.
Like anything that's important to us, we will plan it out to perfection.
If we want to build our dream home, we plan it.
If We want to have a beautiful wedding, we plan it.
We envision it, we make decisions, we do all the necessary prep work to make our plans come out perfect.
We want it to be perfect and yet we aren't the experts, so we seek expertise, advice, and knowledge from those who know.
Years ago, I never in my wildest imagination would have thought I would be networking and building a business, let alone doing things to learn network marketing.
I can honestly say that my imagination envisions "owning my life" one day, but planning it is not an easy task for me.
I feel overwhelmed at times with all that I'm doing and wonder sometimes how I am getting all my work done! But I am doing it thanks to a duplicatable system and MFF. 
I am not very organized like my brother who has a place for everything.  Me-I just know where I put things so please don't move them.   Planning- well, this is another area I will say that I am learning to do better for my network marketing business now.  I can plan a trip and all the details as I've traveled to many places.
But planning and organizing for my network work marketing business, I honestly have never done, until recently. 
Network marketing is a strange new world for those of us just making the journey and we have to learn the new skills that are required to succeed.
In network marketing it calls for a mastermind group with leaders who have the experience and expertise.
I need a team of people who keep me in the loop, encouraging me to keep moving. Not only do I need them in my life, I want them in my life because I can't do this alone. 
If you are doing this alone and on your own, it isn't networking because people are our greatest assets.  Networking is a people business.
This past week has been quite amazing. When you plan and organize your daily activities, you get more done than without planning.
And ultimately leads you to more contacts and networking.
So my week was planned- the activities, the places to go, and the  time.  It all worked out in my favor as I was asked to speak at a workshop by a gentleman named Philip I met at the park.  And I graciously accepted his invitation.
Wow, I've never been invited to speak at a workshop in my life, but hey, I am imagining it and it's in the planning stages now. 
How is it that I was asked to speak?
Listening intently to Philip was the major reason I believe that he asked me speak at a workshop. I created a very good rapport with him and it was without an agenda, just a friendly conversation that led to talking about my business and the products we have. 
The major key I have learned to do is Listen and Be Willing to Serve, give more of myself than expecting.  I am more interested in the other person now - their dreams, desires, goals and needs. When you make it about them, there is no agenda. I want to make people feel good about themselves.
It's helped me tremendously to do my business in a different way!  And  I learned all this in MFF and the 30 Day Mental cleanse so thank you for teaching me. 
You can learn the skills necessary and move forward when you have a mastermind team, brilliant leaders who mentor you, an amazing system to use, and an organized plan to help you get where you want.
Again as thankful as ever to Michael & Linda, to Brian & Gayle Redding, to David Haines, to Ken Klemm, and to all you brilliant leaders here.  There are so many of you - too many to list and you all shine!

Chapter 7--Organized Planning
“I am so busy! How do I find the time to build my network marketing business?"
This is a question that I think about often.
My life is brimming full with many things.  My 3-4 days of work at a country décor store, church and church-related activities, family activities, as well as the ordinary responsibilities of doing dishes, cleaning bathrooms, and all the other unglamorous activities that require attention.
Being a Blue personality, I easily get distracted.  I start one project and suddenly find myself cleaning out my underwear drawer.  I start to mop the kitchen floor and then I realize the windows are needing some attention, too.  Before long I am upside down in my time and have spent hours doing things that suck the valuable minutes from my day. 
So here’s what I have done to give me more time to build my business.
For over 25 years I have been part of our church’s choir.  Each Christmas we do a Living Christmas Tree that has become a hallmark of Christmas in our community.  It’s fun but requires massive amounts of time: learning and memorizing 14+ songs, 3 months of rehearsals, 2 dress rehearsals, and 7 performances. 
This year I made the decision to suspend my involvement with the Tree to have more time for building my business. I am still faithful to my church but I’m just reprioritizing for a short time so that I can eventually have MORE time for the Tree in future years. 
I had to take a hard look at where I am in life and what I want.  Building an income stream of “Beach Money” will do more for my family right now than being one of 45 singers in a beautiful Christmas production.
For me, being busy doing good things gave me a sense of worth and helped numb me from the reality of my financial condition. 
Once I recognized this in myself, I began to see it in the lives of others.  We keep busy, busy, busy to avoid doing the very thing that is going to change our lives forever.  We invest countless hours of emotional energy into the political scene, but the reality is that we have only one vote.
I’m not worrying about the tidiness of my underwear drawer or if my floors are spotless. To be laser focused on growing a network marketing team requires time.  My job is to put fences around blocks of time in my week so that I can continue to do Personal Development, work the MFF system, make phone calls, and do presentations.  Instead of avoiding ACTION I must DO it.  I just can’t think about it or talk about it.
I have shifted more into WANTING network marketing instead of just NEEDING it.
And that is making a difference in my business and in my life.
