Faith and believing in myself. For years I was needing to rebuild that belief in myself. To begin to believe in me. I set the health foal 6 months ago and I am pleased with the results. I have set another goal this time I am going tell a few trusted people like the team from mentoring for free the goal. It’s about believing in myself so much that I can not be stopped.
The goal for the next 12 months is to transform my health to the degree that I am looking really good, along healthier and walking into a room people are shocked at what they see. It’s being stronger in my body and walking away from past habits more. It’s going to take a lot of faith.
