When you look at a 20-year health transformation—going from a disability support pension to building a global business and swimming 48 laps in 50 minutes—it’s easy to focus only on the massive milestones.

​But the truth? The big milestones are just the compound effect of tiny daily choices.

​During the 19 years my weight and energy bounced around before I discovered cellular health, it was the small daily practices that kept me in the game. You don’t have to change everything overnight. You just have to win the day.

​Today, I want to celebrate the micro-actions that keep us moving forward.
