Tonight, I’m on duty in the Comms Room for Marine Rescue NSW. My focus is 100% on the radio and the safety of our boaters. But here’s the thing: my business isn’t on pause. ⚓️🎙️

​As a Dadpreneur with chronic health challenges, I learned early on that I couldn’t be the bottleneck of my own growth. I needed a “Digital Comms Room”—a system that manages leads, tracks follow-ups, and stays “always open” even when I’m serving my community or resting in the “Red Zone.”

​Inside the Engine Room:

Using a custom WordPress and Firebase stack, I’ve built a CRM that respects my pacing. It allows me to:

​Volunteer without Stress: I know the leads are being handled.

​Scale with Resilience: The system doesn’t have “bad health days.”

​Lead by Example: Showing other network marketers that automation is the key to true time freedom.
