If you could give ONE piece of advice to someone just starting their fitness and health journey, what would it be?
Here’s my perspective as a disabled network marketer who navigates chronic conditions every single day:
Give yourself GRACE. ✨
It’s easy to get caught up in “hustle culture,” especially for entrepreneurs, dadpreneurs, and mumpreneurs. We feel we have to do it all, right now.
But when your body has other plans, “no days off” isn’t just unrealistic—it’s damaging.
My advice is to forget intensity. Focus on consistency.
* Some days, a “win” is a 10-minute walk. 🚶♂️
* Some days, it’s just drinking your water. 💧
* Some days, it’s simply listening to your body and allowing it to rest. 😴
This journey is yours and yours alone. It doesn’t matter if you’re a busy parent, a disabled entrepreneur, or a seasoned MLM pro; your path won’t look like anyone else’s.
Celebrate the small victories. Progress over perfection. Always.
