What is being rich or abundance in your own life?

What is rich or abundance to you. There are many things which need to be considered and yet the question is what does rich mean to you, a life abundance. Each person is different in what they need or are looking for in their own life of abundance it means asking yourself what is important to me. It means being honest and saying what is important to you.

Now there may be many answers which come up from family, friends, money, love, romance, having all facts and information, power or even fun. When you know what is most important to you as a person and start to build your life around that it becomes a life that you enjoy. You have to know deep inside yourself what is most important to you as a person and go from there. It may take some work however when you do this will help you to enjoy your life more.

Expressing yourself

One of the hardest things for some people is expressing themselves as a person. Some people are unable to do this this is owing to role models in life. Unfortunately it is what happens, now when feelings or emotions are left unexpressed and sublimated they tend to cause a number of issues which does include anger. The build up of feelings unfortunately does not help people when they are unable to be expressed in some way, sometimes this may be because of a pain or hurt in someway. So you need to be able to get that hurt or resent me out of you, sometimes it needs counselling or therapy or otherwise.

However when emotions do build up its never good, one of the hardest parts is being able to say that yes things are not easy or to express that emotion when we are not taught how to do this effectively during our upbringing. Therefore we have to learn to do such as an adult which only makes it harder for that person as they then need to remove the old programming and reprogram their own mind as a person. Hard and yet this is where the counselling etc. comes in. Some people have a trauma which has forced them to supress their emotions of such, some people are told to shut up when talking or expressing how they feel.

How does that feel when you are trying to express what is going on and you are told to shut up. It’s not good for you, as then you learn oh I shouldn’t speak up, when you do not speak up you tend to lock away feelings. Sometimes even when you do speak up people will sweep things under the carpet, this is hard when it does happen as you never feel any closure to what did happen. Especially if it was a traumatic event that happened. It is unfortunate that sometimes people do not even bother to understand what the real problem is or they assume and then do not let things get out. This happens and people do not get closure, they are used and abused so what happens they repress those emotions and are unable to release them.

It takes years for some people to recover owing to what happened to them as a person. Some people never may be able to express themselves.

Anger Management

Anger is a very powerful emotion it can be exceptionally destructive when it is built up. Anger is something that is an emotion, its a negative emotion not a positive. Now the thing is it can literally destroy friendships and love from others owing to being angry. It can be owing to emotions having been built up and not being able express yourself. One thing you need to do is start to realise when you are getting angry. A real challenge sometimes, at other times it may not be such a challenge. You have to become aware of what’s going on and that takes work time and patience, it may be stress or many things that have caused such.

Sometimes it’s because of what’s going on for someone that they are angry. There are many reasons for such, there are many things a person may do to help. However speaking with your own health care professional is best. Some people need to learn that their anger is a problem, others need to learn techniques or how to realise what’s gone on. It can be hard and take time, yet awareness is the best thing and working on ok why and ways to keep your anger under control.

The best thing with anger is to walk away when you are angry and work on calming down. Do not try and resolve something when you are angry.
