Chapter 5 Specialized knowledge

Knowledge is power

Here we learn that there are two different types of knowledge, general and specialized knowledge. Yet a person can gain so much power from the use of specialized knowledge through a mastermind group. They do not necessarily have to possess that knowledge within themselves. As Michael Dlouhy say’s all you have to be is become a professional pointer and point people to where they will find the answers for their questions.

We learn to find ways to many of our questions by refering to the specialized knowledge which others have given us and we are connected to through mentoring for free. We do this by regularly attending the trainings which are provided, the weekly trainings from mentoring for free and our company too. However as Michael Dlouhy has said many times any excuse will do, a person will use that excuse to not do something to not refer to a mastermind or ask a question.

They will use any excuse for not using the knowledge or trainings which are available to them to help them grow their business. They will use an excuse such as its too far, it will cost too much. It will take so many hours to get there blah, blah, blah. They wont even turn up when something is rite at their door step where as someone else will go aslong as they are available to do such. Sometimes the training provided may be just what that person needs to hear.

A few weeks ago I was struggeling to get up at 4:30 am for the leaders skills call, when I heard you need to be on that call your going to learn something today. So got up for the call. Yes there are very valid reasons for being unable to attend a call such as needing to take care of someone who is sick or a drs appointment, however we need to listen to the calls to gain the training we need. Yet it is an idea to atleast listen to the call in some form.

We have an abundance of specialized knowledge with our leaders from mentoring for free that we can go to the mff audios sight and listen to any topic we want to. Which will allow us to build the business we are seeking, we have access to leaders via email, via phone, via skype to get the information we desire. However our simplest job is getting the leads and plugging them into the specialized industry knowledge which is here at mentoring for free.

We may not get an answer rite away, yet when we ask the question for long enough we eventually do find the answer to our question. It sometimes comes from another direction yet we often get the answer we are lookin g for. We must remember that the specialiazed knowledge doesn’t have to be withing our own heads, we can refer people onto the trainings to get the answer. We can refer to anything to find those answers.

How to relate to people part 3

Ok now that we have discussed a little about personality types in the previous two posts which are located part 1 and part 2 lets look at such a little more. Everyone has a mixture of all the colours within themselves they are part yellow, part green, part blue and part red, however they are different ratios. People will haveo ne primary colour and a 2ndry colour.

You see there are many ways to talk to those different people to talk to a blue its best to talk about the fun things you are doing, to talk with a yellow talk about your family, a green more research and tasks, whist a red is more about the money. When you don’t talk about these things with the colour then they are as a good as gone. They will disappear, however when you talk about such with them then you end up keeping them around for life. You can build those amazing friendships with them.

Ok yes it can be a struggle for a green to talk about the family, as often they will keep such close. A red well they are more concerned about the money from their latest deal than family, whist a blue enjoys the fun they enjoy going out there and enjoying themselves. Weather its riding the dirt bikes, going for a water ski, skiing, traveling, the yellows tend to be more family orientated and do more close to home they will take care of others before their own needs are even met.

Throughout life you will meet a wide variety of people who will fall into those different catergories of people who do different things. As my wonderful friend and mentor Michael Dlouhy says the numbers of people is pretty much an average from a room filled with 100 people that you will have so many reds, so many blues, so many greens and so many yellows.

The best thing is to learn to work with those colours and the different people. Yes you will always have those people who are unteachable and unwilling to learn anything new. You need to move on, they will only ask for help when they are so beaten up that it isn’t funny. There are people who will yell at you for any disturbance of what they are doing although it may be important. Sometimes you need to learn to create those relationships easier and ad a new tool to your tool belt to assist with such.

Chapter 4 Auto suggestion

What we believe comes to realitly.

This chapter reminds me of the power of our own thoughts and of those of around us as a person. That what we hear and let in as a person becomes our own reality. When we are around people who are positive and are constantly saying you are doing well then you end up with someone who believes within themselves. However when the oppositie is true, then that person needs to build themselves up as a person.

This is where auto suggestion is vitally important, that we need to suggest to our own minds as to what we are seeking as a person. Napoleon gives us many examples of the formula for auto suggestion which will work for everyone when you believe in what you say. We must therefore choose what programming to listen to, be it the positive or negative. The abundance or lack programming.

Auto suggestion is programming your mind to receive what you want, so that we can focus on what we want as a person. Personally that is a family with Jenny the same as a vision which had a number of years ago and it still remains within own mind. Standing infront of a home with a wife and two daughters. The home is wonderful, I have found that wonderful loving beautiful wife, who has a heart of gold. Now it’s time to work towards achieve the rest of that dream.

We have to learn to switch off from that old rubbish programming and to reprogram our own minds. For some of us we have to move into a better environment completely which was needed personally to walk away from all the constant negativity which was around. It was so bad that I was unable to even realise such, yet it was part of own journey and something that had to overcome.

It was just part of own success as a person, having left such just under two months ago. The next part is getting married which includes getting health into as best shape as can to get married on 22nd November 2014 to Jenny. A dream come true on its own, yet again in own mind I can already see the amazing Jenny looking as beautiful as ever. That vision is already there, it just means taking it day by day on this road.

What have had to do to get to this point many people are unaware of, yet its taken quite a bit. Everything was done for Jenny and to allow myself that family which I can see within own mind along with that stunning wife. Walking this road towards better health and family of own with wife and kids, having that life that many people only dreamed of. Becoming that black diamond who can do anything he wants as he’s educated people, worked with them through teamwork and helped them become better people.
