Looking back at these photos from six years ago always reminds me of a massive turning point in my health journey. 🤕
If you know me, you know that constantly focusing on my health, movement, and nutrition is a non-negotiable part of my life. But back then, this injury forced me to completely pause.
Instead of sulking, I chose to use that downtime to look deeper into how I was supporting my body. It actually kicked off a years-long journey into proactive, cellular wellness. I realized that true vitality isn’t just about how you handle the days you feel great—it’s about giving your body the foundational, deep-level support it needs to bounce back stronger from anything.
Fast forward to today, and I am so grateful for the choices I made back then to prioritize my baseline health. Investing in my wellness from the inside out has changed the game for how I feel, move, and recover every single day.
