When you look at a track like this, it’s easy to focus on how fast everyone else is sprinting. But when you are focused on prioritizing your everyday wellness and listening to your body, the “race” looks completely different.

Lately, my health and wellbeing have been my main focus. I’ve learned that supporting my body isn’t about pushing past my limits to outrun someone else—it’s about consistency, patience, and moving at a pace that honors my personal needs.
Some days, success looks like a great workout or checking off every healthy habit. Other days, success simply means taking a step back, resting, and letting my body recover.
