The Ghost of “Not Enough”: This was the paralyzing worry about not having enough time, energy, or capability to pursue my dreams, especially while managing my health. It whispered that my circumstances limited my potential.
My Shift: I learned to focus on what I could do, celebrating micro-victories. It’s not about having more bandwidth; it’s about optimizing what I have with intention.
The Ghost of “What Will Others Think?”:
This is where it gets real. Whether it’s family questioning why you’re the main income earner, or hearing, “What on earth is that job?”—the judgment can be deafening. It’s the fear of being seen as “irresponsible” for chasing a vision others don’t understand.

My Shift: I realized that authentic living means releasing the need for external validation. My health, my family’s future, and my purpose are my own. When I stopped seeking permission from the skeptics, the right community emerged.
The Ghost of “Missed Opportunity”: The gnawing anxiety that time is slipping away or that my unique contributions might never see the light of day.
