The Friday Audit: How Are You Feeling Physically Compared to Monday?

The Friday Audit: How Are You Feeling Physically Compared to Monday?

We’ve spent this week diving into health transformation, my 19-year plateau, and what it takes to break through your biological limits. But as we look toward the weekend, it is time to bring it back to your immediate, present wellness.

Over my 20-year journey—from out-earning a disability support pension to swimming 48 laps—I learned that you cannot track your progress if you don't take time to audit your baseline. Listening to your body isn't a one-time event; it's a weekly practice.

Let’s check our baselines before the weekend hits.

The Friday Daily Question: How are you feeling physically right now compared to the start of the week? 💭

Did you hit a movement goal? Did you notice a shift in your recovery or energy levels? Leave a comment below—let's celebrate the wins, adjust our pacing, and hold each other accountable!

Are you earning what you are worth

I am just curious… Are you earning what you are worth?

Most people exchange their precious time for a fixed paycheck, letting someone else determine their value. But as entrepreneurs, we look at things differently. Designing your life isn't about waiting for a raise—it's about building a asset that rewards your true effort, dedication, and vision.

If you are ready to take control of your schedule, prioritize your family, and build a business that aligns with your true potential, let's connect. It’s time to start living on purpose.

The Art of the Pause: How Do You Listen to Your Body?

The Art of the Pause: How Do You Listen to Your Body?

In our modern, high-production world, the constant message is to push, grind, and out-work every obstacle. But true, sustainable performance isn't about running until your engine blows up. It’s about pacing.

Throughout my 20-year health journey—navigating a 19-year weight bounce and functional fatigue before my ultimate cellular health breakthrough—the absolute hardest skill I had to learn was knowing when to back off. Learning to implement a "Pacing Protocol" is what kept me moving forward, eventually allowing me to swim 48 laps in 50 minutes.

Today, I want to take a pulse on how you manage your own physical and mental energy limits.

The Thursday Daily Question: How do you listen to your body when it tells you to slow down? Do you schedule mandatory rest, step away from the screen, or change up your physical routing? 💭

Drop a comment below and let’s talk about sustainable energy management!
