
“By 2006, I had suffered through four dislocated kneecaps since 1996. I was doing zero exercise and could barely manage two minutes of cardio. In 06/07, a doctor told me I had to lose the weight but then admitted he didn’t believe I actually could. Today, my reality is completely different. My weekly routine is comprehensive: on top of the swimming, I do two 45-minute walks and daily muscle-strengthening, along with **three extra home strengthening workouts every week**.
