Beyond the CRM: The Apps That Keep My “3801” Engine Running

Beyond the CRM: The Apps That Keep My “3801” Engine Running

Yesterday was a “Red Zone” day, and while my WordPress/Firebase CRM handled the lead flow, there are a few other silent partners in my tech stack that make being a Dadpreneur with chronic illness manageable.

When your energy is a finite resource, “efficiency” isn’t a buzzword—it’s a survival tactic. Today, I’m sharing the apps that help me manage my brain fog, schedule my social media (like this post!), and keep my family life in West Ryde organized while I build my 2027 legacy.

My “Low Energy” Essentials:
The Brain: My custom WordPress Dashboard.

The Scheduler: Keeping the airwaves clear even when I’m resting.

The Focus: Minimalist timers to respect my pacing windows.

If you aren’t using tech to protect your energy, you’re working harder than you have to.

Note From Ben:

My goal is to help you build a life of health and freedom. This blog is supported by two resources I personally use and trust to achieve that mission:

Cellular Wellness with ASEA: Supporting my family’s health from the inside out using Redox Signaling technology.

The “Success in 10 Steps” Framework: The foundational system I use to mentor others and build a professional business from home.
