Whether you are building a global empire in direct sales or just trying to keep up with the kids, your vitality is your greatest business asset.
Small shifts can lead to a big transformation:
Prioritize Whole Foods: Reach for the colors of the rainbow to get those essential phytonutrients.
Listen to Your Body: Respect your limits and nourish yourself accordingly.
Mindful Movement: Pair your nutrition with whatever activity level feels good for your unique situation.
