I am just curious:

What’s a widely accepted piece of mindset advice that you fundamentally disagree with, and what alternative approach do you find more effective for yourself?

For me, I’ve always struggled with the “Push Through the Pain” or “No Excuses” mantra. In the world of #NetworkMarketing and #DirectSales, we are often told that if we aren’t working, we aren’t committed. ❌

But as a #Dadpreneur living with #ChronicConditions, “pushing through” can lead to a week-long crash. Instead, I’ve found “Radical Grace & Pacing” to be much more effective. I plan my business around my energy levels, not a rigid 9-to-5 clock. 🕒✨

Transforming your life isn’t about ignoring your body; it’s about working with it. 🤝
