It is unfortunate that some people have to lock away who they are owing to another person’s treatment of them. They can not express themselves or be who they are; as a person owing to another persons conditioning saying things or doing things to them that have made them feel bad. It’s not a good way to live, the best thing is discover who you really are and isolate from those negative bad sources. The people who continually drag you down as a person and treat you as if you mean nothing to them, it’s never good. There are people in life who you can be around for just a few minutes rather then a few days, others who you want to spend life with or go on that amazing 30 day free cruise with.

So what you need to do is find those friends who you know you can count on for life and that will never let you down. The people who you can be your real self with, it’s about cleaning out the junk which others have implanted or conditioned you to believe that you are not worthy or good enough. This may be a long process it depends on what work needs to be done. Sure there are going to be people who do not want you to change, however you have to be strong enough to see those changes through. If the person really cares for you then they will accept the changes or who you are.

Unfortunately there are people who love to control others and have to ridicule and put others down, they may never learn their lesson. These people can end up in a lot of trouble, they do not realise nor do they care how much they are hurting others by their own actions. Anyway it is best to remain around people who motivate and inspire you to become the best possible person you can be they, accept who you are faults and failings. These are the greatest friends you could ask for.

Now when someone is able to be themselves they feel free and love who they are. There are lots of different types of people out there and well sometimes you just need to find the personality types that you are most comfortable with as a person. You have to feel free to be who you are without ridicule or criticism. If you can not be that person it’s not good at all. Being active

Continuing on with health, one of the things that people need to do is continue to be active regularly. This includes activities such as the gym, swimming, tennis, walking regularly, it is often best to find something you enjoy doing and to go with it. The hard part is making the time to get involved in such, however once you have managed to do such you quite often enjoy such. It may be that you have to be up early to attend that class or have to stay up for a while for that additional class. Yet when you are active you often feel a lot better for such.

For some people its a great start to the day when they actually go out and do something active in the morning, for others the evening is best for them. It all depends on the person lifestyle and who they are as a person, you have to find a place that suits your own needs. Also doing the activity with someone you already know does help as when you do it with someone else you are committed to them, what do I mean. When you say you are going to go the gym on these days with them and then continue it helps you both.

Sometimes this may not be possible, yet finding a interest in a area that you enjoy may help. As then you share a common interest with others and when you do it is easier to get to know them.

Weight management tips

Weight management can be a very hard thing for some people. It can be because of many reasons health, stress, diet or lack of exercise. We can work on control these as best as possible. Yet controlling weight is again not always easy, the best thing to do with weight is work out when you are again hungry and why. Some people eat more because of pain, stress or otherwise. When people are in pain their physical activity goes out the door whist they try and work out what is the cause or get their pain under control. This is good to stop exercise for a little bit when in pain, yet sometimes it can take quite some time to stop that pain or to no longer be in pain. So it may do worse.

Controlling weight is about eating right, eating healthy and sensibly. Do not eat more then what you normally do. Its being aware of how much food you need and when you are full you do not eat anymore. At times you may feel guilty for not finishing something, however it can be saved as left overs. I have known people who will pile their plates at an all you can eat buffet and are not in control of their weight. They go back for 5 or 6 helpings. That does not help, weight management is being aware of what you are eating too. Its awareness and not eating more calories then what you are using on a daily bases.

A daily diet of takeaway does not help maintain weight as it often has a lot of calories, fats or sugars. It’s the same with soft drinks, a lot of these will not help with a persons weight or health.

One of the most important things people need in their diets is protein. Now protein happens to be the building blocks for our body, if your diet does not contain enough protein it will take the protein from other sources inside the body. Now it takes such from vital organs such as the heart. When a person does not eat enough protein the day prior they feel hungry throughout the next day. As a good rule of thumb people require a minimum of 100 grams of protein daily. There are a number of sources which we receive protein from, however you need to remember that everyone is different and have different personal needs.

What you need to do is work out how much your own body needs daily and then work on eating that amount of protein daily. If you eat enough protein you then feel hungry less often and full for longer periods. So you are not scavenging for food to satisfy your hunger. Now it is also that you need to know the time when you are most hungriest. Work on having enough to eat that you are not hungry during that period. Sometimes it takes work and time to figure out when you need to eat and means adjusting habits and what is eaten. However when you eat the right foods you are better off and you are not looking for something to fill you up.
