What really works in your presentations.

Yet another fantastic lesson from Tom Big Al, thanks Big Al.

What really works in your presentations.
40 years ago I went to my first opportunity meeting.
All I can remember from that meeting are two testimonials given by distributors.
The first testimonial was by a nun. The second testimonial was by a distributor who told how his father never believed he would be successful.
I don't remember the compensation plan, the product features, the corporate history, the slide presentation, or even the faces of the main speakers.
All I remember are the two testimonials.
The lesson is:
Don't get too worried about the details in your presentation. Your prospect is only going to remember one or two things. So why not give your prospect memories of a powerful product or opportunity testimonial?
For those of you who are familiar with how stories bypass the filters of the prospects' minds, this is more than obvious. You already know that "Word Pictures" and stories access certain programs in your prospects' minds.
If you are not familiar how this works, and want to learn this skill, there is a special CD in the Big Al Library that you can order individually at:

A terrible “worthless sponsor” story

A great little story from Tom Big Al Schreiter, the question is are you keeping people interested or are your boring them.

A terrible "worthless sponsor" story.
A woman noticed a very strange funeral procession.
There was the hearse, followed by a single car, and then a long line of about 50 network marketing distributors. (You could tell, they all had buttons that said, "Ask me how!")
As the hearse passed, she noticed that the single car following had just one passenger in the back seat. The window was rolled down, so she asked the lone passenger:
"I'm sorry to bother you during this time of grief, but I couldn't help but notice the single file line of network marketing distributors following your car. Was the deceased your sponsor?"
The mourner replied:
"Yes, the deceased was my worthless sponsor. Do you see this dog next to me here? Well, he went into a rage during the opportunity meeting and attacked and killed my worthless sponsor during his boring product presentation."
The woman thought for a moment and said:
"Say, do you mind if I borrow your dog for this evening's opportunity meeting?"
The man in the back seat smiled slowly and said:
"Get in line."
