Friday Reflection: The Power of the Pacing Pivot

Friday Reflection: The Power of the Pacing Pivot

As we head into the weekend, I’m reflecting on a lesson I have to relearn constantly: Pacing isn't failing. 📉✨

In yesterday's video, I talked about "Leading from the Gap." Today, I’m living it. Managing chronic conditions while being a Dadpreneur means some Fridays are for high-level strategy, and others are for quiet recovery. Both are necessary to keep the Momentum Trifecta moving.
Today’s Question: What is one thing you learned about your own "pacing" this week? Did you push too hard, or did you find your rhythm?

Let’s share our weekly takeaways in the comments.

It pays off to never give up on your dreams, even when life presents challenges.

It pays off to never give up on your dreams, even when life presents challenges.

For many people, the path to a healthy lifestyle and financial freedom is paved with hard work, sweat, and a fair share of tears. For some of us, that path can feel even more demanding when we face the added hurdles of living with chronic health conditions.

But that devotion and perseverance is what makes the end result all the more rewarding. As a fellow network marketer who understands the unique perspective of building a business with a disability, I've learned to lean on the systems and communities that provide support when my body needs a rest, and to hustle when I have the energy.

That's the beauty of direct sales and MLM – it gives us the flexibility to create a successful business from home, around our health needs, so we can prioritize our well-being while still striving for our professional goals. It's a journey that's not always easy, but it's one that I'm proud to be on, and I'm inspired daily by the other disabled entrepreneurs and parents who are proof that it can be done.

Thursday Check-in: Are You the Bottleneck?

Thursday Check-in: Are You the Bottleneck?

In the world of network marketing, we are often celebrated for our "grind." But for those of us balancing a disability and a family, the grind is unsustainable.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned recently is that being a "Guru" doesn't scale. Being a "System-Guide" does. When you are the bottleneck, your team can't grow past your personal capacity. When you lead from the gap, the sky is the limit.

Today’s Question: What is the one thing in your business that you wish you could automate or hand over to a system today?
Let’s solve the bottleneck problem together in the comments.
