On our New Year’s Disney Cruise, I set a new standard for myself: to be the healthiest person at the table. For a long time, I let my physical challenges be the reason I couldn't change. But after being told I needed to transform my health to avoid serious future problems, I realized that my health is the foundation for everything—my happiness, my family time, and my business. 🌟

Being the "healthiest at the table" doesn't mean being perfect; it means being intentional. It’s about choosing the fuel that helps me show up as the best version of myself, even on the days when my body feels like it's working against me. 🥗✨

Living with chronic conditions while building a business and raising a family has taught me one major lesson: transformation happens in the small, quiet moments. 🏔️

For a long time, my "daily routine" was dictated by my health challenges. But as I’ve worked on reclaiming my life and growing my business, I’ve realized that introducing just one intentional habit can shift everything. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about being consistent in a way that works for your body and your goals.
I am just curious... what is one habit that you do daily that is part of your life now but never was previously? 🧐

Maybe it’s:
* Prioritizing your health first—like taking your supplements consistently or tracking your energy levels to avoid a flare-up. 🩺
* Starting the day with green tea instead of jumping straight into emails. 🍵
* A 10-minute mindfulness practice before the kids wake up. 🧘‍♂️
