Faith

Faith it's about believing in something so much that you will it into existence. How so if you mix desire and faith together you get a deadly mix, a person can have anything he wants if he wants it bad enough and also believe in it enough. The thing you need to remember is that when you stop dreaming and believing in things then you start going downhill, you stop succeeding. When you have enough faith that something is going to happen then it will no matter what you say or do. Sometimes you need to develop that faith and find out what you really want from life, what really makes you happy as a person. Then once you have such you need to develop the faith that it's going to happen. You need to want it so bad and also see yourself in possession of the object which you desire. There are many good examples and books, however as I said before faith is believing in something so much that you naturally bring such into existence.

It's about setting your goals and making sure you stay on course to achieve such no matter what, faith is knowing you will get to that goal if you persist with it for long enough. Just remember though sometimes there may be a small piece of doubt which is holding you back from having enough faith. Sometimes you need to learn or change enough to become the person worth the goal which you are working towards.

Desire

Desire wanting something bad enough, it's wanting that relationship wanting that friendship. That job wanting something so bad that you are prepared to pay the price for doing such, sometimes it does mean major sacrifices need to made. Sometimes it's choosing between one or the other, which is more important or can I do both? Sometimes it may mean cutting one short or only spending a little time at one commitment to make the other one also. Sometimes it's prioritizing what is important and unimportant; there is a saying "what so ever you so desire you shall have it". However know that you will be tested to see how committed you are to such.

So remember that no matter what you want from life you need to want it so bad that you are willing to give up whatever is asked as the price for such.

Auto suggestion – you become what you think about and changing your diet

You become what you think about, so what is this saying. Essentially this leads back to influences positive and negative influences. If you think positive that you are in a relationship, going to get a job. Going to be able to do something then it happens, however should you think negative I am never going to get better, I am never going to find work then such happens. The trick is finding out what are your good and bad influences and working from there, discovering who is influencing you as a person.

Should someone be saying no you are fat or feeding you the wrong food as a child you may not know any better. However as a teen or adult you would think that you would say no this is what I want to eat; unfortunately some of our habits are so in ground. For example we have grown up with such a poor diet that you do not know any better, I know for me part of the problem with my weight was that I was not taught any different. My eating habits appears owing to situations and things that happened, lack of motivation to do anything lack of support, encouragement or understanding at all even not having the love I needed at times.

So what I had growing up as a child was a bad diet of either fast food or food that lacked nutritional value. Unfortunately for me I was not taught about proper eating at a young age which made me start to gain weight owing to no motivation or did not see the need for me to exercise. I did not understand such until I was in my late 20's, by that time I had to do something drastic to change my ways. That meant going from there, so what it meant was changing my habits and creating that healthier lifestyle. What I first of all had to do was change my health and work on getting my weight down owing to years of programming from other sources which said oh here you go this is sufficient from others.

Essentially it meant having to go to the gym, having to learn healthier foods and going from there, not listening to the programming received via my family which was a bad diet. So what I had to do with change my diet to become healthier and learn to eat the healthier stuff salads, it literally meant making healthier choices and not following the same diet as my family. For me personally it means also recognising when those old habits are starting to take hold again. So it's overworking or doing too much and not taking care of myself.

Anyway to control one's health you need to know who you are and what causing you the most stress or stresses you out and how you can lower that stress level and what you need to do that makes life more relaxing for you as a person. Anyway to change your diet it's best to do this gradually and to change things slowly, yet to also introduce healthier foods over time. Such as eating fresh fruit, less soft drinks or sugar. Making better choices over time helps, now that also means getting exercise regularly at least 3 times a week. Most people do not understand how I can go to the gym and spend just over 2 hours there. However I do cardio, resistance and swimming during that period. Each one lasts roughly ½ an hour, so by the time I am done it's always at least 2 hours including showered changed and out the door.

So changing your diet and lifestyle is a big thing with weight loss and it's what a lot of people need to do just some people do not or get that message to late.

Money saving tips

I have read a book called the Richest Man in Babylon a few times over the last few years, what it's essentially about is the knowledge. Riches come in many form from money to knowledge, having the wisdom to seek someone else's council and say look I need help. It's knowing what you do know and do not know as a person, yet when you need that information it's having the ability to go to them and ask for that advice.

Anyway onto today's topic which does have to do with money and that is how do you get you debts under control or keeping money saved away. Everyone learns their spending habits from their family good or bad, some people learn that money is tight and that there is not enough for those bills regularly there is more to spend at the end of the month then money coming in. These people are struggling as they have not learnt proper spending habits or money management. Others have, a tip that I learnt on how to start getting your finances under control again from another book called money secrets of the rich.

This book principally is an extension of the Richest Man in Babylon principles which are explained simply for everyone. Yet the thing that most people need to do is stop spending so much money and find a way to get their finances under control. Sometimes it's really budgeting and going from there, some people need to accept that they can no longer afford where they are living the area and the lifestyle.

Some people like living so close to work in a home with costs them so much money. For me the hard part is that area I am in is expensive and very costly, it's where I have grown up and the trap is the housing. Anyway here are the tips that help people get control of their finances again. Take a look at which debts are being paid, there is often one that can be paid off rather quickly or which is near enough to being paid off. Now the trick is to work out which debt can be paid off the fastest you may have four debts one work 1700, one worth 1100, one worth 5000 and one worth 25000. These debts are slowly going down however the payment amount for each of them is different the 1700 debt needs 39 / month. Whereas the 1100 debt may require 180 per month, the 5000 debt may need to be paid off as cash is available and the 25000 debt may be paid as cash is available also so essentially the other two debts are being paid slowly. Looking at the debts which one would be paid the quickest.

The 1100 debt sometimes it's easy to see and other times not. Now how to work this out is work out a pay off ratio which is about working out which debt can be paid quickest this is done by dividing the amount owed by the minimum repayment, now the number with smallest ratio is where you start. However the trick is to also ad 10% extra onto the debt and that way it starts going down quicker, what is 10% of 180 it's 18 so essentially if you combine them both you are paying at least 18 extra which starts making that debt smaller and smaller until it's paid off. Then what you do is take what was being paid to the first debt to the next debt and combine the 198 which you have free with the 39 so essentially it's now 237 which means that if you pay that 237 rather 39 you are paying off a lot quicker and so the process moves on until you have paid all debts off.

I managed to knock over a debt of just over 1200 within 6 months using this formula and it is now working for the next one which is going to take 7 months. This works great to see the amount owing keeping on going down and down and down.
