Where am I going?

The question of where am I going to live? has been on my mind a lot lately. I came back from my time away last week having a good idea of where I want to live or the area and suburb I am looking to move to. The area where I am looking at is a beautiful area and it has the resources I need within range. I am glad for me personally it will allow me to break away from things. It will give me a chance to become independent and yet knowing that I can still perform one of my volunteer roles regularly. Being a lifestyle coach is something I enjoy, why because there are so many things you get to help people with, yet at the same time it's so rewarding. Getting to see people literally change their lives right before your own eyes; just like my own. That's one of the reasons why I am still here, yet there are many others like wanting to be there for my wife and kids and to provide them with a life and lifestyle that I never had as a child.

For me I grew up in an area, which was great. Yet it was a very expensive area, lets say it's a very fast paced area where the homes can be a lot more expensive then what they are in other areas. Rent's are more expensive and you deal with it. These days I am looking for a slower pace then what I have had, for me there are goals and dreams I want to achieve and its time to work towards those goals and dreams as a person. I am aware now of what type of place I am looking for which for me has been hard till now. I have not really known. Anyway it's time for me to do this.

Today's topic is fibre, this is very important in everyone's diet as it helps to keep our digestive system healthy it's important as if you do not have a healthy digestive system your body may get clogged up and not function at optimum performance. Keeping up your body's intake of essential items is best for such.

Life

By now I would of thought things would of been so different, I guess for me I grew up wanting a family and many things, yet having not achieved them for many reasons is not a big deal. It's been a interesting journey, learning about myself and what completes me. My talents and whom I am as a person, for me even finding the sport that I enjoy most as a person. I enjoy swimming and that is great and loads of fun for me. There are many things I am looking forwards to, being a father, getting married and so much more.

Anyway onto today's topic protein getting enough protein in our diets from sources such as chicken will help keep us fuller for longer. Making sure that we are not as hungry also, it is essential that people eat protein to keep their hunger under control or they will need more food to feel satisfied and essentially more fats and sugars which are not being burnt off during the day through exercise or being active in some way.

Anyway as I walk this road ahead of me I know I am ok and that I will do well.

Commitment

Something that came to mind over the last week was commitment, doing something until success. Basically to me it means willing to do whatever it takes to get that task done. It can mean committing to paying the bills on time, saying yes I will do that and meaning that you will do your best to keep to such. However, commitment does have, another side it's about saying I am going to do this until – until which basically means no matter what I am not giving up.

For me having found a role which I can do and a role where I can take time out for medical reasons; seeing myself achieve those things, I have and knowing things are great. Knowing that I have some amazing wonderful friends. Seeing some of those stronger better friendships and knowing that things are going to be ok, I have some people who mean a lot to me as a person and that is wonderful. I know that when the time is right things will be great for me. Now onto todays tip.

In order to maintain or control your weight you have to know what causes you to either eat too much or too little; basically is it stress or what. That can be a big thing with weight issues; I know it was for me. I am a comfort eater that I eat when I am stressed about something. Therefore, it means if I do not keep an eye on what I am eating during that time then my weight can go up. However it is also what diet you are eating as a rule also if you are eating fast food regularly, which is convenient yet quite often high in fats, and sugars then weight can get out of control; people need to maintain a healthy diet by eating right and eating salads, vegies and low fat and sugar. I am not saying that dinner has to be salad only, I am saying make it more healthy than anything else. Enjoy the meal also, yet another thing is not drinking as much soft drinks.

Another tip is get exercise so you can burn the excess calories from the foods eaten. Anyway, for now these are a great start to maintaining weight and health.

Relationships

We all have relationships in our lives, it's hard not to have a relationship. It may not be recognised that people do have relationships outside of what is known as a relationship which can be described by people as friendships, spouse, colleagues or family. Yet there is so much wider degree of relationships, I never really understood till now that you often have a relationship with those people who you see regularly for example the people at the gym, your colleagues and associates, your family, your medical team, the person who serves you at the shops.

You have a relationship with them as a person and you relate to them on a different level. Some people you can feel open and talk about what is going on, other you cannot do such. Some people effect your life deeply making you realise who you want to be as a person. I am in a business which is built on relationships. There are those that mean a lot to you as a person who are special and you care for, others who mean a little, ones who you do not care for.

There are positive good relationships or influences and there are negative bad relationships or influences. As they say you can choose your friends and not your family, so it means at times you may have to distance yourself from negative influences at home or otherwise or believe in something really positive. Relationships are often built over time, some people need to know they can really trust someone. Others need little time everyone is different.

Anyway moving on, how much water do you drink a day? People say 2 litres is enough sure it's a good start or 8 times 250 ml glasses of water daily. Sure ok that's good, yet is it enough for everyone each person is different yet we all need to be hydrated. There are many signs of being hydrated enough bowel movement is just one of them, it may be dry skin as per not drinking enough water daily. Remember everybody's body is different and the 2 litres is a start not a maximum I personally need to drink 3 and ½ litres of water for my body weight. So the best option is make sure that you are getting enough water daily as it also helps to cleanse the body also.

My journey

What makes life worth wild; there are many things that make life worth wild they differ from person to person for some its love, others its recognition, there are so many things, which drive people.

Anyway, personal there have been so many changes yet having learnt so much about myself during these last few months. Yet let us start this journey and begin this new chapter which I am really looking forwards to. I am going to use this blog not only to report on how I've changed own life I will also be providing tips with what I have been learning in regards to weight loss, diet and health.

Yet in order to do such lets revisit my story and let me say before I returned to Network Marketing I was heavy overweight and was tired, I suffered from a number of medical conditions. These days I have gone on to improve that physical health and the best part is I have lost over 36 kilos and 150 cm of body fat.

Such has have totally changed own life there was little confidence within myself also through being able to do and say some of things that I have said and done during these last few months. It shows how far I have come during these last 2 years, what made started the journey to get own health under control. There were a few factors which lead to my weight loss, I'd been working on getting it under control for years with very little success. Lose a little gain, it was frustrating yet somehow I was destined to come back to Network Marketing 2 years after leaving. I had not been able to find work also, it was a hard time. Anyway when I found the opportunity again it was like ok if this what I am to do then ok.

I took the opportunity and I am glad that I did. For me I know I that the products work and being in the best shape that I have ever seen myself in within years, being able to run around for hours and just do what has to be done. These days I no longer need sugar from soft drinks and enjoy the much healthier lifestyle, I can have a soft drink and stop. Rather than in the old days where I could finish a bottle rather quickly; it was how I lived I did not understand much about diet, exercise it those days.

Anyway let's look at why people gain weight it's certainly a problem in today's society. Essentially one of the main factors for weight gain is eating more calories then what you burn up during the day. Too much food or the food is not good, that is why a balanced diet helps. Sure ok takeaways are great and are nice to eat occasionally, however takeaways daily without burning off the calories does not help. Yet then there are also the sugars and things that are high in diets today and should be lower. Then there are things like protein needs to be higher then what people are getting.
