Beyond the Home Office: Finding Your “Third Place” for a Mental Reset

Beyond the Home Office: Finding Your "Third Place" for a Mental Reset

We’ve spent this week diving into technical CRM systems and the "Mental Pivot" needed for Red Zone days. But there is one more system that is just as vital for my longevity: The Reset. 🧘‍♂️

Living and working at home as a Dadpreneur is a blessing, but it can also make your world feel a bit small. When you’re managing chronic health challenges, those four walls can start to feel like boundaries rather than a sanctuary.

That is why I am a firm believer in the "Third Place"—a spot that is neither home nor work where you can simply be.

For me, it’s a quiet pocket in West Ryde where I can sit with a cup of tea and clear my head. It’s not about "hustling" from a different chair; it’s about tactical rest so I can show up fully for Jenny and Jamie.

Today’s Question: Aside from home or work, where is your favorite place to reset? Is it a local park, a library, or a favorite tea shop?

Let’s share our peaceful spots in the comments below. 👇

For the entrepreneurs, the network marketers, the parents building a legacy—we all have to make sacrifices.
What are YOU willing to give up to achieve your goals?
