Living with chronic conditions while building a business and raising a family means we have to be intentional about our energy. We donβt always have the luxury of a high-intensity hour at the gym, so we find the "hidden" wins in our daily routine.

Choosing Family, Health, and a Path I Never Thought Possible β€οΈβ¨
For a long time, I felt stuck between a rock and a hard place. I wanted to be the present, active parent my family deserves, but my health made a traditional 9-5 feel impossible. While the disability support pension provided a safety net, it didn't provide the sense of purpose or the lifestyle I dreamed of for us.
