Do you want to be a winner?

Thank you to Michael Dloughy my good friend and mentor for this wonderful article from Success in 10 steps. It shows some of the advantages which are available within the Network Marketing and MLM industry. As you can see there are lot of benefits which are available when doing network marketing and running your own business. Please remember though that the laws are different from country to country and each person is responsible for seeking their own advice and considering their own circumstances. Also that it is finding those people who are willing to assist you to earn the income you so desire. It also means finding those professionals who will give you the rite accurate and truthful advice.

Network marketing does have many advantages for those people who are entrepreneurs at heart. As Michael says you can get a income from network marketing without even being talented and just showing your passion for what you have achieved and done.

If You Want To Be A Winner, Raise Your Hand

A home business offers the following:

1. No Boss. Plan your own workday. Monitor yourself. Set priorities. Set it up so it’s fun for YOU.

2. No income ceiling.

3. Self-satisfaction. YOU create the business. YOU get credit.

4. Work with people you like. No difficult co-workers. No office politics.

5. Flexibility. Work the hours you want to fit in with your life & family. If your best working hours are 2 am to 5 am, you’re free to do that.

6. No commuting. Save time & money.

7. No office expense = quicker profit.

8. Security. No layoffs. No downsizing.

9. Tax deductions: home office, car expense, medical insurance, phone, enter- tainment, travel, education, etc.

10. Better retirement plan: SEP IRAs & Keoghs let you deduct a higher per- cent of business profit than your 401K.

Additional benefits of an MLM opportunity:

1. Low start-up cost: You can probably get everything you need to start, in- cluding leads to follow up with, for less than $300. Most businesses take thou- sands of dollars in start-up capital.

2. No expensive training. In fact, I’ll train you and ALL your people to succeed in this business, 5 nights a week on the phone at 8 pm Eastern time, for FREE!

3. No administration hassles. You’re self-employed, but you’re a rep for an established company which handles all the product selection, research & devel- opment, shipping, warehousing, etc.

4. Keep your regular job until your “part-time” income is high enough to re- place it.

5. No expensive tools necessary. You need a phone. A computer is helpful. But your most critical tool is people skills, and we will teach you those FREE!

And Finally, The 8th Wonder of the World:

6. Residual Income. You profit from the product purchases & sales of every- one in your group.

Nothing is more important to your financial future than the “residual income” concept. Let’s dig into it a bit.

To qualify for a paycheck, you must purchase X amount of product each month. When you sponsor someone, you get monthly commissions on THEIR product purchases, for as long as they re-order. To increase your monthly income, just add NEW distributors to your organization.

You also profit on your ENTIRE group’s purchases. Once you’ve built a big group, most of your income comes from the work of others. (Which beats the heck out of an hourly wage and ZERO income when you don't work!)

An MLM home based business pays into the future for work you did in the past. As you help your people build their own organizations, YOUR income grows.

Which means there’s a HUGE incentive to your sponsor to help YOU succeed, since they get a percentage of the sales in your group.

So to be successful fastest, align yourself with a group that provides a turnkey plan for the crucial elements of building your business:

1. Lead Generation

2. Prospect follow-up

3. Sponsoring

4. Training your reps to do exactly the same thing.

What would you do to motivate someone?

A fabulous story in relation to motivating people to do their job and inspiring them to obtain their goals. What would you do to motivate your own team to obtain their goals in business,
relationships or even in life. What would you use to motivate someone to achieve that goal which they are working towards, even something you’d use to motivate someone to achieve
something they have always wanted to achieve or do as a person.

Good Performance to Great Performance: The Meal That Made It Happen

I have a great client, Joe, who is part owner and Director of Operations of two fine-dining restaurants in Las Vegas. I mean … REALLY fine dining. A few years ago when he first invited me out to get to know the operation, I arrived with the mistaken impression that they might be a couple of very good steakhouses.

That impression changed in minutes, and then hours, as both restaurants treated me to the most extraordinary food and service I have ever experienced.

With two locations and about 80 long-time employees, Joe is the driver behind this remarkable machine. Not surprisingly, he is a graduate of Bob Proctor’s Coaching Program. His management style comes from a giving place; Joe believes his job is to focus on the positive-minded flow, and he’s always gently encouraging his staff to explore their own growth potential. I love working with this gentleman.

Each month, each of his restaurants sits down with Joe to discuss their goals for the month. At month’s end, if they meet or exceed those goals, Joe sheds his suit coat and tie, rolls up his sleeves and gets busy … in the kitchen that is. You see, while Joe chose a restaurant management role several years ago, he is foundationally a Culinary Institute graduate and spent plenty of time on the Chef’s side of the kitchen in New York’s most notable restaurants.

Never one to let his chef’s skills and ingenuity slide, Joe came up with the idea of rewarding each of his restaurant personnel with a “Family Dinner” when they meet their monthly team goals. Beyond the menu planning and purchasing, Joe’s preparation and cooking is an all-day event.  He makes every course from scratch.

The goals create friendly banter between the restaurants each month, and the teams work to the very end to achieve that revered Family Dinner. Last week, when we were out on our monthly marketing visit, Joe had just completed one Family Dinner for his restaurant personnel at Alizé. As he usually devises extensive gourmet meals, the team there teased him about wanting Hot Pockets, so he created his own gourmet, Italian version of the snack treat.

He was also working on the menu for Family Dinner at the other restaurant, Andre’s, which was taking place that Saturday. Word has it that he served up Osso Bucco, which had to be ordered well in advance for the 40-plus employees he was feeding.

The buzz in the staff as they await the full-course meal is both funny and electric. When you mention the Family Dinner, their eyes light up and they happily gabble on about past family dinners and what they expect will be showing up at the one to come.

What a fun and ingenious way to incentivize one’s staff (or, even one’s own kids!). We may not all be professionally trained chefs out there, but each one of us has the ability to come up with incentives for team goal achieving that show up as delightful rewards instead of usual drudgery.
