Having trouble motivating your downline?
Here is a technique used by a friend of mine. It’s not the only way to get a motivated group, but it certainly is one way.
My friend says:
“I don’t motivate people. What I do is recruit motivated people. Then, I make sure I don’t un-motivate them.”
