Health Tips

Mentor Ben Drake

Each person has specific level of health that they have and if they want to improve this they need to find out what they need to do to improve such. Some of the basics to improving your own health and weight loss are.

Increase exercise – a given yet some people do not do such. At least 30 minutes a day is sufficient for people.

Eat smaller portions and eat ever 3 to 4 hours – Your body needs regular food to maintain it’s needs.

Unfortunately people may tend to eat more because they are stressed or not burn off what they are eating owing to work load. Your health is something very important and rather vital you have to take care of it.

Drink enough water – each person needs to drink at least 2 litres of water per day or they are dehydrated. People may not like water so you can ad something like diet cordial or low sugar juice to flavour such. However it is best to have more water then taste in such.

Eat healthier meals – salad’s, vegies and low fat meals. Cut back on the takeaway’s which you have, every day is not a good time for takeaway in todays busy society.

I will publish more health tips in the days to come.
