A Note From Ben:
My goal is to help you build a life of health and freedom. This blog is supported by two resources I personally use and trust to achieve that mission:
My ASEA Business: Supporting my family's wellness from the inside out.
"Success in 10 Steps": The framework I use for building a successful business from home.
You can learn more about ASEA here and "Success in 10 Steps" ebook here.
❤️😃 I found the company which allows the time to focus on my own health, time with the family, live a lifestyle and still earn a income to contribute to the household, rather than living on disability support pension.

Living with a disability and chronic illness 🥄, it's so easy to get stuck on the frequency of pain, fear, and "can't."
I was there. I wanted a different life, but my dial was tuned to "stuck."
Then I read this: "The universe responds to your frequency... It's kinda like tuning into a radio station."
You can't get the life you want (105.1 FM - Joy & Abundance) if you're tuned into the frequency of what you don't want (88.7 FM - Fear & Lack).
This isn't about ignoring reality. My pain is real. My diagnosis is real.
But my vibration is my choice. 🧠
As a disabled entrepreneur, I had to shift. I tuned into gratitude for what I can do. I tuned into abundance. I tuned into capability.
And that's when my life and business began to transform.
To all the entrepreneurs, parents, and fellow #ChronicWarriors... you can't build a new life on an old frequency.
Change your station. Change your life. 💖 Ready to shift your frequency?
👇 Send me a DM with the word "FREQUENCY" and let's talk about how.

🚀Who is the one person who can change your life? (The answer might surprise you).🚀
Living with chronic conditions and a disability can feel like a life sentence of "can't." 🥄
For the longest time, I felt defined by my "bad days," my appointments, and my limitations. I was waiting... waiting for a doctor, a new treatment, or just someone to hand me a different life.
Then I read this quote, and everything shifted:
"It only takes one person to change your life: You." - Ruth Casey
That was it. 🧠
I realized I couldn't control my diagnosis, but I could 100% control my direction. The person I was waiting for to save me... was ME.
I’m a disabled entrepreneur, and I’m a network marketer. Why? Because a 9-to-5 doesn't work for my body. I needed a way to build an income that respected my health, not one that forced me to sacrifice it.
This path gave me the vehicle 💻, but I had to be the one to turn the key.
Maybe you're...
* A mumpreneur or dadpreneur trying to build a legacy around your family's needs.
* An entrepreneur feeling burnt out by the traditional hustle.
* Someone feeling stuck in your circumstances, whether it's health or finance.
* A fellow #ChronicIllnessWarrior or #DisabledEntrepreneur who knows you're capable of more.
Stop waiting. You are the CEO of your life. You are the transformation you've been searching for. You are that "one person."
Are you ready to be that "one person" for yourself?
If you're tired of waiting and ready to build a life on your own terms, I want to connect.
👇 Send me a DM with the word "TRANSFORM", and I'll share how I started. No pressure, just possibilities.

Smooth Moves: The Ultimate Guide to Relocating Comfortably With a Disability
Relocating can be both exciting and challenging—but for individuals with disabilities, the process often involves additional layers of planning, accessibility considerations, and emotional preparation. This guide provides practical, compassionate strategies to ensure your move is efficient, safe, and empowering. Whether you’re transitioning to a new apartment, an accessible home, or an assisted living space, these tips are designed to make each step manageable and stress-free.
TL;DR
Plan early and evaluate accessibility needs before signing leases.
Create a team of trusted helpers, from movers to occupational therapists.
Document medications, assistive equipment, and emergency contacts.
Label boxes by room and accessibility priority.
Check out appliance warranties to protect key home systems from costly repairs after moving.
Planning Your Move
☐ Schedule an accessibility evaluation of your new home.
☐ Contact your healthcare provider for moving-related medical advice.
☐ Research accessible movers (e.g., companies with wheelchair-friendly trucks).
☐ Notify your utility providers of accessibility needs (priority reconnection, ramp access).
☐ Set up medical records transfer if you’re changing providers.
Once you’ve settled in, it’s worth exploringappliance warranty options to safeguard your home systems. A solid home warranty can help cover the cost of repairs or replacements for key appliances—especially those that impact comfort or accessibility, such as HVAC systems, lifts, or kitchen equipment. Look for a plan that also covers removal of defective units and issues caused by improper installation, so you’re not left managing unexpected breakdowns alone.
Community Support and Well-Being
Staying connected after a move helps ease the emotional transition and maintain independence.
