The Fifth Step toward Riches
Napoleon Hill says, "MAN'S ONLY LIMITATION, within reason, LIES IN HIS
DEVELOPMENT AND USE OF HIS IMAGINATION."
There are two forms of imagination:
Synthetic Imagination: This is the rearranging of old ideas into new
combinations, which produce nothing new.
Creative Imagination: This is where our "hunches or inspirations" come from. We
say our self-talk several hundred times a day to feed our subconscious mind. Our
mind then feeds creative imagination or the universe. The universe being smarter
than all of us put together, passes back to us, those "hunches or inspirations",
when acted upon will lead us to where we said we want to go.
We can build a fortune through the aid of laws which are immutable. But, first,
we must become familiar with these laws, and learn how to use them. Through
repetition and learning these 13 Principles of Think and Grow Rich Lessons, Hill
is teaching us how to be as successful as we allow ourselves to become.

CHAPTER 6 IMAGINATION-THE
WORKSHOP OF THE MIND
“You can build a fortune through the aid of laws which are immutable.
But, first, you must become familiar with these laws, and learn to
USE them.Through repetition, and by approaching the description of
these principlesfrom every conceivable angle, the author hopes to
reveal to you the secret through which every great fortune has been
accumulated. Strange and paradoxical as it may seem, the “secret” is
NOT A SECRET. Nature herself, advertises it in the earth on which we
live, the stars, the planets suspended within our view, in the elements
above and around us, in every blade of grass, and every form of life
within our vision.”
Nature advertises this “secret” in the terms of biology, in the conversion
of a tiny cell, so small that it may be lost on the point of a pin, into
the HUMAN BEING now reading this line. The conversion of desire into its
physical equivalent is, certainly, no more miraculous!
Ideas are the beginning points of all fortunes. Ideas are products of the
imagination.”
Everything, yes everything, starts as a seed. A plant’s beginning is a
seed which when planned in the right soil can reproduces 30, 60 or 100
times itself. Take the muster seed, the smallest of all seeds, can grow
into a plant large enough for bird to sit in its branch. A plant which
produces 100,000’s seeds.
Likewise, in the animal kingdom a microscopic seed when plant in the
fertile soil of the womb multiplies to develop into a new creation,
like its seed and soil but new and different.
Within each of us is placed the soil of imagination waiting for seeds,
thoughts or ideas, to be planted. Mixed into the soil desire stirred with
emotion, faith, knowledge and a plan of action. Cultivated with self-talk,
till the soil nurtures desire into a burning obsession with a commitment
to persist until obtained.
From Napoleon Hill comes the message came, you can “Think and Grow Rich”.
Rich is a “self-defined” term, it up to you the determine what rich means
for you personally. In Hill’s “The Twelve Riches of Life” he listed positive
attitude, good health, harmonious relationships as his first three riches.
Economic Security or money as the twelfth. I have found that for me to reach
the financial goals I have set, I must become the person who works and lives
the first 11 riches in Napoleon’s list. You can find the list by googling

this chapter is a real eye opener personally on specialized knowledge, for many years there were goals and dreams, however, no specialized knowledge from those around it was unknown growing up. I had no idea to even refer to anyone else to obtain that knowledge that was needing to obtain those goals and dreams.
everyone starts network marketing or any business venture with goals and dreams, which they work towards obtaining. they learn from the training that they are given from seminars, training workshops and from those already in the industry in the case of network marketing how the person build the business. often the knowledge is old school ways of building a business that the person they are listening to is teaching the methods of sell, sell, sell. methods which were taught when entered into network marketing with one of the companies I was with over the last 20 years that have done network marketing.
at times was taught just do this and You will get an income from Your business, like posting adds, handing out flyers, pull tabs, newspaper ads and many other areas, many of these methods that used without the knowledge given that had to create one area with that person who looked at the advertising was using.
arriving at mentoring for free we gain specialized knowledge on our businesses, especially how to build that relationship so that a person does relate to our advertising and is willing to look at what we have to offer them. when we spend our time out there building those friendships and relationships as my wonderful friends and mentors Michael Dlouhy and 
we can use the specialized knowledge we are given to build our business or any other area of our lives and to help our teams to achieve their own dreams. there is a huge variety of knowledge available to us if we go out there looking for that knowledge. we can find knowledge to build our business, to change our habits, to build a model railroad, to raise a family, any area we want to achieve within our own lives.
one of the best sayings that comes from Walt Disney a legend is “if You can dream it, You can do it” that is a very impactful quote and just love the power of our thoughts as well as using the knowledge from those around us to achieve our goal or dream.
