😃♥🖒 For many years diet was poor from eating loads of junk and fast food. That's all that knew and living in a home where going out and being active was rare all we did on the weekend was sit around. So health declined and was unaware what to do to change that. It began a journey in 2006 to regain my health and fitness to last a lifetime.
