🛑 STOP WAITING TO “FIND” THE TIME. IT DOESN’T EXIST.

🛑 STOP WAITING TO "FIND" THE TIME. IT DOESN'T EXIST.

Let’s be real for a second. If I waited until I stumbled across a spare 45 minutes in my day, I would never work out. Ever. 🙅‍♂️

B,etween building a network marketing empire, running a household, and navigating life with a disability and chronic conditions, "free time" is basically a myth.

That’s why the quote in this image hits home so hard. I don't find time. I MAKE time. 🔨⏰

For me? The magic happens right before school pick-up. 🏫🚙

It’s easy to let that hour slip away answering "just one more email" or scrolling social media. But I’ve turned that window into a non-negotiable appointment with myself. I squeeze the workout in before I jump in the car to get the kids.

Why that specific time?

* It breaks the pattern: It separates my "business day" from "Dad mode."

* Pain management: Sitting at a desk all day is tough on chronic conditions. Moving before sitting in the car line is a game-changer for my mobility. 🎗️

* Energy reset: It gives me the endorphins I need to be present and energetic for the family when they get home.

Some days it’s a full lift 🏋️‍♂️, other days it’s just mobility work to keep the joints happy. But the slot stays the same.

Your health is your business's most valuable asset. Prioritize the machine (YOU) that keeps everything running! 🔋

👇 I want to know your strategy! Do you wake up before the sun ☀️, or are you like me and squeeze it in before the school run? Drop a comment below!

CONNECTING HEART TO HEART: IT’S ABOUT BEING REAL 💙🤝

CONNECTING HEART TO HEART: IT’S ABOUT BEING REAL 💙🤝

As a disabled network marketer and parent navigating the daily realities of chronic conditions, I’ve learned that my energy is my currency. I can’t afford to spend it on surface-level interactions. 🥄✨
When I am meeting someone new, I am looking for more than just a business partner or a casual acquaintance. For me, it starts with a genuine connection.
I look for that spark of authenticity—someone who is willing to be transparent and real. I seek friends who see the person behind the disability or the job title. It's about finding people who listen to understand, not just to reply, and who value building a relationship based on trust, not just transaction.
Whether you are a dadpreneur, a mumpreneur, or focused on a healthy lifestyle, we all crave that feeling of being truly understood.
🧐 I am just curious… what do YOU look for when meeting someone new to consider them as a friend? What qualities do you seek?
Do you look for that same genuine vibe? Is it humor? Reliability? Or maybe a shared vision for the future?

The Cost of Failed Network Marketing Relationships

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦❤️😃 The Cost of Failed Network Marketing Relationships I Flushed thousands down the toilet over many years. Because of many failed relationships and friendships. Being unable to build those strong relationships which needed.

The Myth of the Superhuman Entrepreneur

The Myth of the Superhuman Entrepreneur

The Myth of the Superhuman Entrepreneur

"You can do anything, but not everything."
— David Allen
For a long time, I fought this reality. Living with a chronic condition 🏥 while trying to build a business often feels like a constant battle between my ambition and my energy levels.
We see the "hustle culture" online—people grinding 24/7—and it’s easy to feel like we are falling behind. Whether you are a Dadpreneur, a Mumpreneur, or a healthy individual chasing big dreams, the pressure to do everything is heavy. 🏋️‍♂️
But here is what I am learning on my journey to becoming better:
True success isn't about capacity; it's about priority. 🎯
As a disabled network marketer, I don't have the luxury of endless energy. I have to count my "spoons" 🥄 (energy units). If I spend them all on busy work, I have nothing left for my family or my health.
* For the Parents: You can build an empire, but maybe not on the same day you are fully present for every single school event. And that’s okay.
* For the Entrepreneurs: You can launch a new product, but you can’t act as the CEO, CFO, and janitor forever.
* For my fellow Warriors: You can achieve financial freedom, but you must respect your body’s need for rest. 🛌
Network marketing appeals to me because it allows for leverage. It allows me to work smarter, not harder, fitting work around my health rather than sacrificing my health for work.
You have the power to do anything you set your mind to—just pick the thing that matters most right now. ✨
