From a Life-Long Disability Label to a Life of Purpose & Resilience π
As a disabled network marketer and dadpreneur, people often ask me why I'm so passionate about health and building a life of choice.
My "why" isn't just a business slogan; it's my story.
At 17, I was given a label that would follow me for life: "disabled." My back was malformed with Scheuermannβs disease. But the real wake-up call came in 2006. π
I'll never forget that doctor's appointment. I was recovering from my 4th dislocated knee cap, badly overweight, and living with multiple chronic conditions (asthma, former epilepsy, indeterminate allergies). My diet was a disasterβa 1.25-litre bottle of Coke was a daily habit, and fast food was normal. I had no healthy examples to follow.
Starting was brutal. My muscles were weak, and my cardiovascular health was so poor that at the gym, I could only exercise for 2 minutes at a time before needing a break.
But I refused to let my labels define me. Despite the pain, the lax muscles, and a spine that fought me every step of the way, I kept pressing on. I was determined to build a stronger body.
Months later, my doctor admitted he hadn't believed I could do it. But I had. I started losing weight, 250 grams at a time. It was slow, but it was progress.
Finding Solutions, Not Excuses
My journey led me to a network marketing company, and their products helped accelerate my health transformation. While that business wasn't my final destination, it lit a fire in me. π₯ It proved that with the right tools and supplementation, real change was possible.
Living with chronic conditions is a daily battle. It means spending years in physiotherapy. It means investing thousands of dollars and hours into rebuilding my health. It means knowing my limits and having to say "I can't lift that" or "I need to sit down."
It also means still being surrounded by the same unhealthy choicesβmy family still stocks the sweets, chips, and soft drinks. The difference is, I have changed.
My Life Today & The Solution I Found πͺ
Today, my knees have been stable since 2006.
Instead of fast food, I take high-quality supplements. Instead of Coke, I drink water. Instead of living in pain, I swim πββοΈ 50 minutes, 3 times a week, and walk twice a week. I spent years searching for products that could genuinely offer me less pain and more mobility. That search finally ended when I found my ASEA business π§¬. The cellular health technology I discovered has been a game-changer in my daily battle with chronic pain, supporting my body at a foundational level in a way nothing else had.
As a network marketer, my mission isn't just to sell; it's to share the solutions that gave me my life back.
Your diagnosis doesn't have to be your destiny. Your pain doesn't have to be your prison.
If my story resonates with youβif you're battling chronic pain, living with a disability, or just feeling stuck and looking for real solutionsβI see you. I've been you. Send me a message with the word "ASEA" and let's chat about the cellular health solutions that helped rewrite my story. π

This quote hits differently when you're an entrepreneur with a disability or chronic condition, doesn't it?
Some days, "wishing" is all you feel you can do.
Wishing for less pain. π₯
Wishing for more energy.
Wishing for a body that cooperates. I get it. As a disabled entrepreneur, I live that reality. The "hustle 24/7" culture doesn't work for us. It can't.
But I learned a powerful lesson: Wishing builds nothing. "Work" just had to be redefined.
For us, "work" isn't always about 12-hour days.
"Work" is... * Consistency over intensity. ποΈ * Sending that one email when the brain fog is thick. * Making one healthy choice when you're exhausted. π₯ * Doing 10 minutes of personal development instead of scrolling. π * Resting strategically so we can show up again tomorrow. (Yes, rest is part of the work!) π΄ * Believing in our transformation, even on the hard days.
Whether you're a #Dadpreneur juggling kids, a #Mumpreneur building an empire between naps, or someone in #DirectSales navigating a health journey, our paths are unique.
Stop wishing for the life and health transformation. Start "working" for it, whatever that "work" looks like for you today.
One small, consistent step. One day at a time. That's how we build our new reality. πͺ
What's ONE small "work" you've done today for your health or business? Let me know below! π

(That shared quality time, making a meal as a team, connecting after a long day) OR
Cooking For Each Other? β€οΈ (That act of service, one person taking charge so the other can rest, work, or just be)
As a #DisabledEntrepreneur living with #ChronicConditions, my answer is... it totally depends on the day! π
On good days, I love the connection of cooking together. We can brainstorm our #NetworkMarketing goals or just enjoy being a team.
But on high-pain or high-fatigue days (my fellow #Spoonies will get this π₯), having my partner cook for me is an incredible act of support. It's what allows me to manage my health and still be a #Dadpreneur.
Itβs a balance of teamwork and service. I bet a lot of you in #DirectSales, #MLM, or any #Mumprenur / #Dadpreneur hustle feel this. We juggle family, business, and our own well-being.
π€ So, what's the non-negotiable in your house?
Do you thrive on the shared activity (cooking together) or the mutual support (cooking for each other)?
Let me know in the comments! π
