Sometimes, when you’re managing health challenges alongside a business and family, we think progress has to be a giant leap. But more often, it’s that one tiny shift—like choosing herbal tea over a third coffee, setting a 10-minute timer for deep breathing, or finally automating one small part of your workflow—that changes everything.

Even on the days when “low battery” mode is real, those intentional moments keep the momentum going. I’ve found that when I honor my capacity and take that one small step, my focus improves and the overwhelm starts to fade. 🌿
