Defining Your Own Capability ☀️
Running a business with chronic health challenges and a disability means my “hard work” looks a little different than the standard “no pain, no gain” definition.

🤷♀️ Sometimes the hardest part isn’t a physical workout; it’s just managing my energy levels to answer a few emails or make a connecting call from my bed.
Some might judge, some might misunderstand—they only see the surface. They see a ‘fit body,’ but for me, that image represents capability and freedom. It’s about building a life on my terms, where I determine what my body can achieve and how I manage my wellness while creating a business. I’m not just a network marketer; I’m a mumprenuer, a wife, and a resilience warrior. My hard work is strategic, adaptable, and focused on the long summer—a healthy life that’s sustainable, not just a seasonal trend. 👨👩👧👦
If you’re a parent, a mompreneur or dadpreneur, an entrepreneur, or anyone navigating a path with a unique body or health condition and you’re tired of people not understanding your hustle, you are in the right place. Let’s redefine success. 💜
The real transformation is capability. It’s building a future where your work respects your body and empowers your potential. Let’s create a life we don’t need a vacation from. 🌟
Looking for a supportive community and a business model that understands and works with your unique health and lifestyle needs? I’ve been where you are.

A Note From Ben:
My goal is to help you build a life of health and freedom. This blog is supported by two resources I personally use and trust to achieve that mission:
- My ASEA Business: Supporting my family’s wellness from the inside out.
- “Success in 10 Steps”: The framework I use for building a successful business from home.
