For me, it was realizing that consistency doesn’t have to mean “doing the same amount every day.” It means showing up in whatever capacity your body and schedule allow. Some days I’m a powerhouse; other days, I’m managing a flare-up and working from bed. Both are valid. Both move the needle. 📈
