Turning the Tide: Choosing Health Over Excuses ๐๐ช
Transformation isn’t a straight lineโitโs a daily choice, especially when youโre navigating life with chronic conditions and a disability. ๐ขโ๏ธ

On our New Yearโs Disney Cruise, I set a new standard for myself: to be the healthiest person at the table. For a long time, I let my physical challenges be the reason I couldn’t change. But after being told I needed to transform my health to avoid serious future problems, I realized that my health is the foundation for everythingโmy happiness, my family time, and my business. ๐
Being the “healthiest at the table” doesn’t mean being perfect; it means being intentional. Itโs about choosing the fuel that helps me show up as the best version of myself, even on the days when my body feels like it’s working against me. ๐ฅโจ
If youโve been told you need to change your life for your health, or if you feel like your disability defines your limits, Iโm here to tell you: You can reclaim your story. We are building a life of success and happiness, one healthy choice at a time! ๐ดโโ ๏ธ๐
Letโs Transform Together
I am on a mission to reach my healthiest self ever, and I want to bring you with me. Iโm looking for 5 people who are ready to stop letting their “limitations” lead the way and start making sustainable changes. ๐ฃ
