For a long time, my "daily routine" was dictated by my health challenges. But as I’ve worked on reclaiming my life and growing my business, I’ve realized that introducing just one intentional habit can shift everything. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about being consistent in a way that works for your body and your goals.
