Let’s be real for a second. When you live with chronic conditions or a disability, that quote hits differently.
As a stay-at-home dad navigating daily pain and fatigue, I learned the hard way that a green smoothie isn’t a magic cure-all. Don’t get me wrong, nutrition is vital—but true health? That’s a total lifestyle game. 🧩
For us disabled entrepreneurs and busy parents, “Lifestyle” means:
✅ Pacing: Knowing when to push and when to rest so we can show up for our kids. 🛑
✅ Mindset: Keeping your head in the game even when your body wants to quit. 🧠
✅ Environment: Choosing non-toxic products and a supportive community.
✅ Freedom: Building a network marketing business that allows us to work from the couch (or bed!) on the bad days, so we don’t miss the good days. 💻🛌
To my fellow dadpreneurs, mumpreneurs, and spoonies trying to build a legacy while managing your health: Stop trying to be perfect. Start trying to be sustainable.
