For many years I have been watching as a follower the leaders in my own life. So many different styles of leadership at times leaving myself exceptionally emotional from the way which a person has dealt with the situation in someway.

My own leadership I have found is very different a number of these styles. I have worked to support those who need such often hearing comments like what do You expect me to do about that. Often it was learning the leaders unwillingness to understand or accept the situation which had arisen. At the same time I’ve had many times working with leaders who are the same.

They are often wanting results rather than being concerned about how it may impact the team or person. They will lead in poor ways saying get it dome in this time frame using fear. I’ve known many leaders who do such. The world is needing a new breed of leadership walking away from the fear based leaders now.

Leaders who recognise a person’s efforts no matter what may happen. They are supporting of a person no matter how they are rather than using language to get compliance. The type of leader who understands and accepts today’s climate rather than expecting a child to behave no matter what, Even when a parent is working with them to calm the situation.

Leaders who are unprepared to accept a person’s abilities even with emotional regulation will fall by the wayside for a leader who can accept and understand. A leader like myself who has the empathy and understanding to help those in their times of need rather than throwing them to the side.

The leader needs a plan to lead rather than knocking others or bad mouthing them. I am needing a plan to focus more on my physical health letting these false leaders go. In that way I know where I am going. The plan must contain ways to become healthier to improve my health. This includes going to gym for a swim 3 times a week, walks 2 times a week, Supplements, eating healthy, physio therapy, massage therapy. That is just some of the plan.

It must be including being strong enough to say no regularly to extra treats. Being committed to taking the supplements, going regular walks and gym. Being focused on those who have shown their commitment to their own health and dreams. Yes taking care of my own health is a huge investment in myself physically and financially in the end their will be amazing payouts.

It’s being focused on those who really want to change their health rrather than those who say want to letting everything get in the way. The committed leaders and team who show up no matter what.
