I’ve been asked a number of times help me get a new job or even to give a person a job.

As a entrepreneur and volunteer for alot of my own life; it’s been rare to stay in a job for a long time. I’ve mostly been self employed as entrepreneur since left school.

Most of the time it’s been people struggling with my speed. Anyway here are my tips I’ve also asked google for its input.

We have to understand what is motivation towards a new role

What type of roles or positions have you done in the past. This helps know what skills you may have.

What is making you look at a new role. Often there is a reason which You want to find a new role. It can be finichial, wanting to support the family. No longer a role where used to be.

Have You become worth more. You want a new position or role but are You worth that amount. Have you got the skills needed to take on that position. For a number of years I’ve also been a volunteer in the emergency services field 15 years. 8 years as a first aider and 10 years doing computer support.

What do You enjoy doing?

What are Your skills? Can you improve them?

I’ve spent most of my entrepreneurial endeavours building networks of friends and business in the Vanity industry.
