Top 10 tips that learned from improving my health while around those who refused to believe that could do such.
1. Its a mental game. If you believe that you can change your health then you will.
2. Stop listening to the naysayers – If you listen to the naysayers then you will stop on your tracks. They will say stuff like itβs too expensive, I donβt do healthy etc just to get you to be under their power again
3. Get around healthy people
4. Learn what your body needs β itβs needing something when you go looking for that can of coke, the lollies or similar.
5. Keep sweets out of your grasp.
6. If you give your body what it needs you will not go after the treats
7. Itβs OK to have a treat just not everyday
8. Working in the fast food industry only makes you want the treats more.
9. Find the healthy meals you enjoy
10. Take lunch or dinner with you. Make it before you leave, the night before if You have to. That way you can eat healthy and save aswell.
