Ben You started Your health journey so You would be around for Your family. After that conversation with your Doctor in 2006.
You had worked on it for years prior however nothing major until then. You have to keep using that love for Your family of Jenny and Jaime as Your inspiration to keep improving Your own health.
Yes you will hear every excuse from those around You saying there is no time. It’s about making the time, it’s that important to You to be around as long as You can.
Stop letting the tilth comments run Your life. They have no more power.
Use Your love for Your wife, Son and Grandmother to keep going. Knowing that You can do this. Use the powerful Love which You saw growing up in Yourself to transform Your own life and help families to live better lives.
Love for myself is doing exercise, muscle strengthening daily, being active and stopping letting constant injuries and Health challenges become frustrating. It’s loving who I am even with the continual health challenges, the chronic pain.
That love got locked away as it’s also been painful, however everything You do Ben and always have done was always for love of others. The countless hours volunteering, at times a solo overnight shift. The uber driving. It’s all because You love others. That’s part of You saying let’s do Forster care or adoption.
Remember the line from the fearless soul song. Take me or leave me, I am not going to change for anyone and this is who I am.
